Siblings September 2016

It’s time to pause and take a little look at my two this month, for the Siblings Project. I love joining in with this as it means I have shots of the two of them together every month, something to look back on in the years to come.

This month’s photos are all from our break to Blackpool. It was Little Man’s birthday at the start of the month, so the day after we drove up to Blackpool Zoo and then stayed in Blackpool that night so that we could show the kids the illuminations. We then took to the beach the day afterwards for some fun before returning home – drizzle did not put my two off! We had a wonderful break, and I don’t think any of us wanted it to end. The zoo was brilliant and the kids faces when the illuminations came on was just priceless.

It’s at times like this, when we’re all close together for every second of the day for a couple of days, including sharing a room at night of course, that I really see how well Little Man and Boo get on. They are the best of friends, ensuring that there’s never a dull moment. I love the way that they can make anything at all into a game. Little Man’s all about adventures, Boo brings unsurpassed energy levels to everything and is often looking out for her little bro.

Oh, and Little Man’s really into pulling faces for the camera now, too…

  1. Adorable photos, looks like alot of fun was had in Blackpool. I am hoping to get over there in the next month or so for the illuminations too, Leah’s never seen them and Lewis was 2 when he last saw them. That needs to change.
