Siblings April 2019

This month the siblings have got themselves a new sibling…of sorts!

Unsurprisingly, this month has been all about our newest member of the household, Herbie. The kids were excitedly counting down to his arrival and since then they have been absolutely besotted with him. As I expected, Boo has been brilliant helping me with him, from keeping an eye on him to playing with him to supporting any training, she has been involved in everything and adores him. Little Man has surprised me a little by how interested he has been and keen to help out. He likes to groom him and loves playing with him and stroking him. It’s lovely to see the two of them so in love with our new dog, as they don’t really remember our old dog too well and weren’t around for his puppy stage anyway. They are definitely now ‘dog people’!

Puppy aside, these two have been working hard at school, both passed their karate grading, and they have been so ready for the Easter holidays. Not just because they want to play with Herbie all day, they simply need the rest. And with the dog still adjusting, most of this break will be spent at home so they can just relax, lounge around and play, recharging themselves. They are close so they’ll love having a couple of weeks together now doing as they please. We are all looking forward to it.

This month’s photos just had to involve our puppy….

Boo aged 9 years and 6 months old, Little Man aged 6 years and 7 months old. Love them.
