One-Off Happy Mail Sign-Up

It’s been a little while since I have run this particular Bring Back Paper activity, and I remember it being very popular the last time that I did it, so let’s go for it again!

As regular readers will know, I adore sending and receiving snail mail and have quite a few pen pals that I write to regularly. However, I appreciate that not everyone wants to commit to long term pen pals, which is where the one-off happy mail sign up comes in.

With this activity, all that you need to do is send one letter/postcard/note/package – whatever you fancy really! This is not an ongoing pen pal exchange and sign up, just a one off surprise mailing to a like-minded swapper.

You can send whatever happy mail that you like to your recipient. It really can be something as simple as a postcard to brighten someone’s day, a chatty note, or a fun treat sent through the post. For treat ideas, you might want to send a snack, a magazine, a preloved book, stationery, absolutely anything goes for this one. I’ll leave that decision totally up to you, it’s all part of the fun, isn’t it?

To get involved, email me at [email protected] with your name and address details and whether you’d like to post within your own country or internationally and I’ll do the best I can to keep within that for you. This sign up will close 26th April 2019, and I’ll pair people up throughout the month as I receive batches of emails. Please do only sign up if you can commit to posting something, as I’d hate for there to be any disappointments.

Have fun with this one, it’s always a lovely one to run.
