Word of the Week 3/11/17

Hello and welcome to Word of the Week!

If you’re new here, Word of the Week is a nice and simple weekly linky, with everyone welcome to pop by and share. You reflect back on the past week and sum it up in one word. Then share your word with us in a blog post, with as little or as much explanation as you like. It’s a fun and friendly linky, so please do be lovely and visit as many of the other blogs as you can and share with them your thoughts on their words and weeks. I do comment on every entry to the linky, and if you add the Word of the Week badge to your post to help spread the ‘word’, I also tweet them out.

My word of the week this week is:

What else?!

This week I have launched #30DaysofPaper over on Instagram and have really been enjoying taking my shots and seeing everyone else’s snaps. I also launched a stationery swap for this month which is proving very popular!

I read this month’s Bring Back Paper Book Club book within a couple of days as I really enjoyed it, Milly Johnson’s The Queen of Wishful Thinking. I then received a new book in the post, one that I had pre-ordered months ago as it’s by one of my favourite authors, Eloisa James. Nearly finished it, it’s good!

I have been working on my first assignment for my level three university module, which has seen me surrounded by paper, my notes, post-its, and text books. I’ve actually enjoyed it as I have got stuck into it.

On the subject of more formal paper and documents, I have applied for and received my new passport and then applied for our ESTAs to allow us to travel to the US next year. All are sorted, so that’s something ticked off the list and I can concentrate on the more exciting stuff! I had my friend Emma over this week and we had ourselves a Disney Day, talking and planning our holidays, surrounded by brochures, books and plans, lots of paper and lots of fun!

What about you? What one word sums up your week best?

Please grab the badge, link up and share…
